I was pretty happy with the outcome of this look and images because I semi felt like a Chloé ad (in my dreams lol)!! But anyways I really did love this look! This Sam & Lavi Bettsie Top really spoke to me because I can see it work for all seasons, well at least here in California! But I'm sure you New Yorkers could do some layering to pull off a winter white look! I've coveted quite a few Isabel Marant blouses similar to this Sam & Lavi one, so defiantly had to add it to the collection! I paired it with a simple pair of Mother Denim The Looker's in black, and tacked on new Rag & Bone Dixon Boots which I'm obsessing over at the moment! To get the whole look see below! Just received the comfiest and prettiest dress from AÏE (aieofficial.com)!! A new fave upcoming line of mine with beautiful aesthetics and pieces! I paired it with a my favorite leather jacket from Zara. I've gone through many leather jackets, real faux, different colors and assorted styles, but if your ever looking for a simple one on a budget this Zara one has always been my fave! When I have a simple colored outfit I like to add a splash of brightness in as an accessory, for this look it was a customized red leather pouch from Essex LA which you can  customize your own on their site (essexla.com!) 

Inspired Look

Here is a fave look of mine! It's a Sam and Lavi Blouse paired with an Isabel Marant skirt, Rag and Bone ankle boots, and a Gryson Satchel. This look is perfect for the current Cali weather, but for those of you on the East Coast, I feel the pain, actually I don't cause I've grown up in the sun, but haha anyways Summer is soon! As I am always collectioning new looks, I feel a major score when I find an outfit I love. An outfit that suits you and your style gives women a bit more empowerment and confidence. And it's so good you may even want to wear it two days in a row. some cali casual in December

I'm sure for you east coasters you'll probably think I'm a fool for what I'm about to say, but when flipping through my wardrobe to pick out an outfit to shoot I put on a trench, scarf, and boots but immediately had to take it off because of the F-ing whopping 75 degrees! I want rain and seasons! haha! Well anyways it resorted me to a black skirt with my new Brandy Melville crop (it was my first purchase there! I never did before because I never wanted to be toooo mainstream, ha), a Zara leather jacket, and my hometown kicks by Joshua Sanders Italy! I was still a little toasty, but couldn't betray winter in wearing a summer dress, oh my goodness listen to myself I'm a weather spoiled cali chick! Anyhoo, for keeping with a flow in an outfit, I can't stress more to be minimalistic!!! Picking a simple palate of colors that can work with anything, take black and white for example, just about every color can be a beautifully accented item! So keep it simple!! holiday it-list

I know we're coming down to the wire here with Hanukkah in four days and Christmas in thirteen (woohoo)!! But it's not to late for some of my fave stocking stuffers accessories! I've always had the hardest time picking out presents, because its always at the last minute you freak out and it doesn't totally click as being perfect, but tipping to you all just honestly keep it simple. Don't over do it, or overload it, so little meaningful gifts are key!!! Giving to me is so much more fun than receiving, (but duh I still love prezzies too!), but especially this year I've felt so grateful for all experiences that I've felt as though I've taken a big step in life when my mom asked me what I wanted I responded "IDK", I was like wow I'm seventeen and I'm not making a printed out christmas list, telling my mom it was an art project for school and accidentally leaving it at home so that she'd get the "hint" gracefully, HAHA oh the 12 year old ways. But anyways buying presents for those you love is SO much more fun, so treat them all this holiday. XOXO Haley Carrere
